Warmest greetings to the administration, staffers, parents, and guidance. As we all strife in developing the human capital. It is a developmental approach to realizing growth and human resource development. Together we can push our children's dexterities to the higher dimension of competency, in fulfilling their dreams, making them an agent of change in society. That is, to make use and sharpening their critical and reasoning powers and to engender their quantum abilities in the larger society. Bishop Matthew Norwood is in readiness academically, morally, and spiritually in a human resource supportive approach. This institution teaches all facets of education. The concept of human capacity is the realization that not everyone has the same gifting: talents, abilities, and skills. Parents should/must know that the human race is like a caterpillar, moving changing, transforming, and undergoing the process of metamorphosis in all factors of existence. My parents, including myself, are in the most complex, critical, and interesting times in human history and development. As chairman of the PTA of this noble institution, let us realize human capital development and buttress our children's efforts, is important Because it is perceived to increase productivity and profitability, educational development, and training, that is, the more we invest in our children the more productive and profitable they become. Having invested in our children and realizing their quantum abilities, they benefit: 1. Employability 2. Self-employed 3. Investors 4. Human Capital Developers Student must uphold their characters to be: ethical, social, and virtue-related citizens of Liberia o when our children's characters are branded, parents will be proud, seeing their children as an agent of change in their communities, in religious communities, and in the nation. Bishop Matthew Institute teaches Christian education, in line with Godly virtues and ethical behavior for our children in buttressing government efforts for human resource development. Building up their psychological, philosophical, social, and moral needs enhancing the human support approach and embracing democratic values. Parents/Guidance, must understand and remember the seed principal by investing in their children education, the last we have to spend. We will reap the benefits from our children by God's grace, let us talk with our children, pray with them and guide their social movement, not giving held to deceiving sprits and detrine of demons. We must pray to God, that our children be anthropocentric, which means, man centers rather being God centers.
